If you've ever had a Gunpla box sitting unopened on your shelf because you weren't sure where to start, Greatest Build Together was made for you.
It's our community model kit building workshop, run in Singapore for anyone who wants to sit down, build something with their hands, and talk to other people who get why that's satisfying. We've had first-timers who've never snipped a runner in their life sitting next to people who've been building for over a decade, and that mix is exactly what makes the sessions work. Nobody's rushing anyone. Nobody's showing off. Everyone's just building.
Greatest Build Together began the way most good community events do: with a handful of people who wanted an excuse to sit down and build model kits together. No sponsor, no big venue, just a table and a shared hobby.
What made it stick wasn't the models. It was the format. Builders of every skill level sat side by side, swapped tools, traded tips, and helped each other through the tricky steps. First-timers got a low-pressure way into the hobby, and experienced builders got a reason to show up every month instead of building alone at home.
That single table turned into a monthly fixture, and Greatest Studios took over the logistics that come with keeping something like that running: booking the space, reaching out to grow the guest list, and handling setup and teardown on the day. That's let the community focus on what it does best, which is showing up and building.
Each Greatest Build Together event runs around a few core pieces:
The result isn't a class. It's closer to a build night with structure, where you leave with either a finished piece or real progress on one, plus a few new people in your circle who share the hobby.
Model kit building has a reputation for being a solitary hobby, something you do alone at a desk with a hobby knife and a lot of patience. That's true for a lot of builders, and there's nothing wrong with that. But Greatest Build Together exists for the version of the hobby that happens when you take that same activity and do it in a room full of other people doing the same thing.
We get long-time Gunpla builders, people picking up their first kit as a stress reliever, parents bringing their kids, and hobbyists who've built solo for years and are curious what it's like to do it with others. The skill range in the room is wide on purpose. You don't need to know what a nub is to show up.
Outside of our public community sessions, we also run Greatest Build Together as a private event for:
For private sessions, we handle the kit selection, tools, and facilitation, and we can adjust the format depending on whether your group is mostly beginners, a mix, or already experienced.
If you're in Singapore and want to build alongside people who enjoy model kit building like you do, Greatest Build Together's public sessions are open to anyone regardless of experience.
If you're looking to book a private session for a team, a birthday, or another group event, reach out to Greatest Studios and we'll put together a session that fits your group.
